Having been based in Hong Kong for the past 30 years, Hugh has an in-depth knowledge of the local and international markets, cultures, and practices throughout Asia. During his tenure as Deputy CEO at Inhabit, Hugh had oversight over the business in the UK, Middle East, Asia, and Australasia.

Ir Billy Cheung, an EMBA graduate, is an accomplished and highly experienced professional in engineering. With over 22 years of expertise, he specialises in Digital & Sustainable Engineering Solutions, covering a broad spectrum of areas including Information and Communication Technologies (ICT), Security & ELV Solutions, Building Automation Solutions, Energy and Building Efficiency Solutions, Home & Hotel Automation, Lighting Control Systems, Laboratory Pressure Control Systems, and Audio & Visual Systems.
Billy’s extensive knowledge and experience extend beyond design and installation to include engineering and maintenance of large-scale Intelligent & Green Building Solutions contracts. In his current role, he oversees the sales and service operations of the Intelligent & Green Building Solutions department, where he applies his exceptional leadership skills.
Actively involved in the E&M industry, Billy serves as an Engineering Supervisor (ES) appointed by a company to oversee the training of engineers under the Hong Kong Institution of Engineers (HKIE)’s formal training scheme, as well as the Honorary Treasurer and Executive Committee Member of the Hong Kong Electrical Contractors’ Association (HKECA).

Etienne has been working in the construction industry for more than 15 years. First as a structural designer in France on landmark projects, he joined the Bouygues group with Dragages in Macau in 2014. Etienne developed structural and construction strategies for complex projects in Macau, Singapore and Manila, using advanced modelling in BIM and parametric design.
He settled in 2018 in Hong Kong to focus on tenders, working to deliver innovative solutions to an ambitious range of projects.
As Head of Digital, Innovation and Transformation of Dragages Hong Kong since 2021, Etienne is leading a profound a rapid change towards simple and intelligent solutions on sites, for safer, greener, more effective construction.

Leo Li has over 10 years of consultancy experience in sustainability and green building certification. He has led a wide range of green building certification projects for BEAM Plus, LEED, and WELL, achieving high ratings of Gold or above. Leo’s expertise includes technical assessment of wind, solar, daylight thermal comfort, as well as whole building energy simulation and life cycle carbon assessment. Leo currently leads Inhabit’s sustainability team in Hong Kong, offering expert advice and technical assessment on building physics, passive building, and low-carbon building design.

Wilson used to work in the Airport Authority as a Principal Manager and has a career spanning over 30 years of experience in Hong Kong’s major infrastructure projects, including the Hong Kong Chek Lap Kok Airport Development. His strength lies in fire engineering and the Building Services installation design for Terminals, AsiaWorld Expo, railway (Automated People Mover) tunnels, baggage tunnels, and road tunnels. He was the Past Chairman of the “Hong Kong Institution of Engineers” Fire Division in 2016/17. He is also currently an advisory member of the Hong Kong Fire Services Department Fire Safety Standards Advisory Group, formulating new standards, regulations, and requirements in the Hong Kong Fire Industry, a member of the Hong Kong Fire Services Department Fire Safety Vetting Committee, and a member of the Appeal Tribunal Panel, Building Ordinance (Cap 123).
Wilson is now teaching at the Hong Kong Polytechnic University in the capacity of Professor of Practice, focusing on the subjects of BEng (Hons) Degree in Civil Engineering (Structural and Fire Safety Engineering) for year 3 students in Human Psychology and Physiology, BEng (Hons) Degree in Civil Engineering (Structural and Fire Safety Engineering) for year 4 students in Design Project, and MSc Degree in Civil Engineering students in Construction Management and Law.
